So radioactive Phil Collins bites people but then apologizes for it. Wait, he’s British, so I guess it would be more accurate to say he apologises. He seems to be saying, “You’re going to experience some extraordinary changes that will make your life amazing, but the only way to make that happen was with a bite. Sorry.”

And the cycle is complete.
First it was Garfield without Garfield’s thought bubbles, showing us Jon’s point of view.
Then it was Garfield without words, becoming some sort of surrealist vision.
And now we get Garfield (sorry, Darthfield) with no words or images. Just empty squares, the completed post-modernist expression of a comic that is not real and therefore cannot be shown.
Truly, the cycle has been completed by Ruben.
