I have no clue what that means - but I do know that any website takes about 30 times longer to load now than they used to over a 9600 baud connection. Remember when browsers let you turn off the pictures the quicker to download the important stuff? We need something like that now to skip ad loads that take more than 500 mSecs.

Generally the Adblock and flashblock browser plugins are your huckleberry in this area of things loading faster.
