Yay! I love Hey Jude. Thank you.
Rolling Stones : Satisfaction
Radiohead: Burn the Witch
The new album is not bad, but I hoped for some new ideas.
Here I was hoping to find a cover of this:
Queens of the Stone Age: Burn the Witch
Leaving disapoint.

Went to see the Cure last night, for the first time in I donāt know how long. They sounded great! Good mix of greatest hits and unexpected.
Well, thatās good! I saw them in the eighties and they didnāt sound that greatāvery flat.
They are still a thing?
I saw the Wish tour aeons ago. It was a good show.
The Wish tour left my ears ringing for a week. Twice as loud as the Metallica show I saw a month earlier.
They really seem to be in tip-top form; Iāve read that theyāve been killing it at their other shows too. Robert Smith sounds just the same (which is a good thing or a bad thing, depending on your taste --personally I adore him).
I have been to so many terrible-sounding shows (usually in arenas that are only music venues as an afterthought). This venue has a covered stage and seating area, the back end of which is open to a sloped lawn, and the sound was great. I had a lawn ticket this time, and had a reserved seat last time for NIN and Soundgarden (OMG so loudābut it still sounded good).
Yeah! I donāt know when they toured last. Ohātheir web site says itās their first major tour of North America since 2008.
Yeah, but so crystal clear you didnāt realize it till you shouted in your friends ear and they yell back WHAT? but you canāt hear thatā¦
Has he finally lost weight?
His propensity for baggy shirts has not changed, so itās hard to tell, but Iād say he looked like Rather-Less-Fat Bob.
As a group becomes more established they can hire better sound guys. I think that was the problem when I saw them (too new). I couldnāt hear Smithās voice very well. It was a decent venue (small club: The Palladium), so the overall sound was good. Amphitheaters are really good and I think stadiums are better than arenas (too tinny, too loud), although Iāve heard better acts do well in arenas.
Sisters of Mercy, Alice.
One of my all-time favourite amphetamine dancing songs. Guitar like intravenous electrified barbed wire.
