Hmm, that might even be more pixels than the coadds of the southern sky that will be prepared by the LSST from Vera C. Rubin Observatory observations. (The observatory will collect a few petapixels in total over 10 years, but that’s not in the form of “an image”)

A petapixel image would be crazy. Uncompressed this peen pic is already over 250TB. I know NASA and other observatories and satellites have captured more image data, they just don’t stuff it into one image
