Given the level of corruption in Russia, it’s very plausible they are all guilty. Of course, so are members of the ruling clique, but that’s how the system works: as long as you are loyal your crimes are ignored, but there is a file, and should you become a problem that file will be used against you.

Being too honest will stop your career early on. No one trusts a man they have no dirt on.

I’m still trying to figure out what the KGB was doing creating a Minecraft KGB, simply as a honey trap to catch dissidents seeking to “blow it up”??
