Wow, sentence construction is telling. Putting the BUT in there makes supporting law enforcement a political statement, I guess, huh? I think what they meant to say was decorations supporting police are welcome, but opposing perspectives are not.

In most places, it’s not the legislature, councils, or mayors that have any control - it’s the unions. The police unions are the ones that force murderers to be rehired, even if in a different city’s force. The police unions are the ones that encourage and promote violence and militarization.

Even if his gun was purchased legally, he took a gun across state lines and that is federal crime with enhanced sentencing. This is why you don’t give guns to minors; they don’t understand gun laws or the possible consequences.
He murdered two people because he felt the need to take a gun to a protest. His life is over, and I can’t really feel sorry for him. I’ll reserve my sadness for his victims in Kenosha and Jacob Blake, Jr.
