You use calcium hypochlorite ( pool shock) which comes powdered. Fashion a simple hopper out of a milk jug that you attach to the intake of the leaf blower. Voila!
I made something like this for blowing colored chalk powder over a football field at my daughter’s middle school. It worked pretty well.
