Portland just blew up. After a vigil for George Floyd, protesters marched downtown to the justice center and all hell broke loose. Protesters busted the windows and started a fire, then the damage spread from there. Portland Police in riot gear moved in, but now there’s burning barricades. It’s getting ugly. Police using a lot of tear gas.

Drove home up I5 through Seattle tonight. It was very eerie, seeing the cop vehicles all up and down the freeway. Stationed in 2s and 3s. Lights on.
Edmonds-Woodway High School was cordoned off by the cops as well.
It’s like a big gang war. Cops versus normal people who don’t want to be killed by cops.
It’s almost like we’re occupied by an invading force.
