Great article. Infuriating, but great. I love how one of the few black people that grew up there that was interviewed was able to confirm that yeah, people there were totally racist to him despite all the fragile white people insisting everything’s totally cool. And the people insisting that BLM demonstrations have no part of the community because there’s no racism there (even if it were true) is so missing the point.
