We know there are many of you who have been unable to secure copies of 2600 in recent years. With high distribution costs and a declining bookstore landscape, it’s become much harder to publish a paper magazine and get it to all the places our readers are.

With so many great web sites out there these days with similar content, I just don’t see how 2600 is particularly relevant anymore. I was a subscriber for many years but let it lapse when the price became unpalatable when compared the amount of similar content I could find for free on the web.

I still love 2600 and have hundreds of issues and I may consider re-subscribing to the digital edition if the price is right, though.
