For the Panama Papers that’s true, but this is much bigger. When it comes to International financial shenanigans there’s a couple of hubs and many spokes. Panama is a spoke. A large spoke, but just a spoke, whereas City of London is the largest hub.

I wonder if the leaker did it for the good cause or if he was just a disgruntled emplyee who wanted revenge?
