I support your individual freedom to have your own definition of anarchy while I reject any authority to impose it on me.
This hypothetical individual is coercing a child into having sex with them. That is not freedom, that is someone imposing their will on another person.
The fact that in your example the child is treated as an object and not a person is rather disturbing.

Umm, this is not my example. This is what the man did. I described him as an anarchist because of his statements and deeds. The discussion then ensued about whether he is an anarchist or something else, and the definition of anarchy/anarchist. For the record, I am neither of those and I find the man and his actions reprehensible - whatever he is.
I still say that Cody Wilson is not an anarchist, he’s probably a propertarian or possibly a political nihilist. Look at it this way:
Any dictator can declare themselves an anarchist, free to do as they please. However, if the other people in the state are not free then they are not really an anarchist.
Now lets assume that this dictator has declared that everyone is free (they wouldn’t be a dictator at this point, but lets continue calling them that). They then meet a random person and they decide they want to do something to them, but the random person does not want this. If the dictator says OK, you don’t want that and walks away then maybe they are an anarchist, but if they decide to go ahead and do whatever they want to the other person (like Cody Wilson did) then they are not an anarchist as it is clear that they believe only person to have free choice is themselves.
I could continue this example of what an anarchist is or isn’t, but I would be going very off topic as it is not relevant to Cody Wilson’s actions.

More like anarchy is poorly defined. To some it is a system of little or no laws (ultra-libertarianism). To others it is a heavily democratic communist with no central authority (ultra-socialism).
