Ocular Syphilis…
Long time readers here will know I have a love-hate relationship with eye pathology. Mostly hate. But I had to look this one up. That said, it looks like a medium bad pink eye.
It’s only in it’s later stages that it gets really groady.
If you are at risk, I would take this pretty seriously!
