It is beautiful.
Also, for me, it dramatises the fact that the weather system is an engine driven by the Sun’s heat. Increase the heat, the engine runs faster, you get more of all kinds of weather. As we are seeing.

Personally, I don’t care for the sky. I find it ugly and heteronormative.
