Rains and floods are common in summer. Some years we have more severe rains, due to phenomena like La Niña. But it’s been a while since I’ve seen so many problems in several states at the same time.
On the other hand, people are expecting a heatwave in southern Brazil and neighbouring countries like Argentina and Paraguay.
