A DIY Peloton at-home stationary cycling solution for introverts

Same but opposite. What little riding I do, I do on an actual bike on a trainer, whilst watching TV. Unfortunately it’s not that quiet so I put the subtitles on, but I just can’t be bothered to do more than about 15 minutes at a time :unamused:

Good shout about a fan though as I do get very hot.

If there’s one thing the cycling industry has a HUGE selection of, it’s saddles (yes, semantics and narcissism of small differences, but it is what it is). If you don’t like your saddle, go to a good bike shop and they will have PLENTY of options for you, from old-style-but-still-well-regarded Brooks to the modern Specialized offerings. Most saddles use the same two-railed standard attachment, so unless your bike has a really weird seat clamp, just about any saddle will work mechanically with any bike.

They’re pretty quite. Particularly if you set up on a carpet.
