SWERF = Sex Worker Exclusionary Radical Feminist
A wider definition would be anyone claiming to be a feminist who believes in the criminalisation of sex workers, but won’t look at the conditions that cause people to become sex workers. The obvious end result is a lot of people get punished for trying to survive.

Came here to say the same. My guess is that the artist dispensed with pictorial likeness in favour of representing what it may feel like to have a vagina. After all, women can’t see their own lady parts most of the time so putting effort into having the sculpture look picture perfect seems kind of beside the point.
