Google, siding with Saudi Arabia, refuses to remove widely-criticized government app which lets men track women and control their travel
Do no evil my ass

that hasnât even been aspirational for over a decade.
Thanks Sergy, Larry and Jared.
Well, Google themselves track everyone, so no big surprise.
Cory has picked up this story for the front page, with a thanks to @KathyPartdeux.
How many women are on their board of directors?
Sweet!
I also submitted it at the submit link - he may have seen it there.
Looks like one. If this is the main related firm?

Fuck misogyny.
Does this qualify as misogyny?
The local probate judge created an estate for a fetus legally and medically aborted at 6 weeks. The request was filed by the man claiming to be the biological father, who was then named the personal representative of the fetus. He is now suing the abortion provider.
Weâre mere steps away from âThe Handmaidâs Taleâ.
Yeah. It does.
Fuck that refusal to let women make their own choices.
And as Slacktivist pointed out in his most recent blog post, they really donât believe that embryos and fetuses are living human beings:
If you google the date and the city, you wonât find anything. Why? Because the tragedy of epic proportions was when a clinic freezer malfunctioned and thus 4,000 fertilized embryos were destroyed. Those same embryos, at the same âageâ, inside a womanâs body would be considered an egregious âmurderâ by the right wing.
And you donât see any of those guys offering to save those lives by having embryos implanted in them.
Itâs not technically impossible. The embryo develops its own placenta. Sure they might have to take estrogen during the pregnancy. And of course have a caesarean.
But isnât that a small price and a small risk to save a life? They should be lining up to volunteer as âhost bodiesâ.
But thatâs WOMENâS WORK, donât ya know?
Guess they can be Queen for a Day?
Isnât that what Kate Bush saidâŚ
