Of course in the years since Abrams has cultivated a well-earned reputation for setting up stories around intriguing mysteries only to later reveal he has no more idea what’s going on than anyone else, so it’s possible to take the love of mystery too far.
I’m glad that someone else has discovered Dancing Bacon’s videos. I’m not sure why, but we enjoy them here at my house. We love speculating on the identity of whoever is filming them. They strive for anonymity and we are forced try to catch glimpses of him or her in random reflections on vending machines and windows. We also delight when his female sidekick (wife? girlfriend?) eats something she likes (almost everything) but really look for those rare moments when she eats something she hates.
If there was a cat in there it’d be dead by now.
