Why is this “adult”?
I have an 8 year old niece that loves coloring books, why shouldn’t I get this for her?

They probably mean that the subject matter is selected to appeal to adults rather than to children.
If there’s objectionable material in there, then they should have stated it clearly (and, “in a world void [sic] of humans,” as the Amazon description says, I can’t see how there would be any). I think it’s more a matter of “colouring books aren’t just for kids anymore!”
If you think your niece would like it, then I’d say go for it… but if you think you’d like it, then you can buy it for yourself, too!
