What with discussions about the impermanence of media instead of the impermanence of women and victim blaming over sex workers - it may be time to close this thread.

Maybe.
It feels really crummy to me, though, to let a few thoughtless or ill-advised or (who knows?) misogynistic posters shut down the conversation. Kind of adding to the injustice these women faced.
And that we all face in having our concerns and viewpoints either completely ignored or aggressively distracted from.
