I recently saw that in a theater on a double feature with Phantom of the Paradise. I mean, I grew up in the 1970s, and I knew how weird it was then, but man, that was weird.
But we might have to go for the screening of Head.

One of my high school teachers explained you could tell when the end bit if 2001 was coming up as parts of the audience would retire to the toilets for a quick toke.

I have disliked only one out of the zillions of their vids what I’ve watched.
I’ve never heard of The Shooting before, the screenplay was written by the same gal who wrote the screenplay for Five Easy Pieces, and I loved that.
Time to watch it tonight, though I won’t be tripping.

This one didn’t get much traction in the states for some reason but being based on the Blueberry comics it’s tied heavily to the JodoVerse via Moebius/Jean Giraud
An all time fave - great cast, and a refreshingly different take on the western tropes

Fehérlófia is a favourite of mine, as is the cook the thief his wife and her lover, possibly not typical psychedelic choices but I’m a sucker for strong visual imagery. Solaris and stalker work well too if you’re in the mood, Startrek the motion picture works too actually, I guess the pattern here is the movie’s gotta be slow.
