I’m surprised Air BnB is even still a thing given how belly up the market has gone in the last six months. Plenty of anecdotal evidence pointed to property owners pulling their listings from the service and turning them back into regular rentals during the lock down. And it’s not like things have improved.
Investors: run, don’t walk, in the opposite direction of this offering.

It makes perfect sense: the current shareholders want to cash out before the company collapses. “This ship is sinking—we should sell it to unsuspecting pension funds and let them deal with the mess!”
