I’d like to believe the court of BoingBoing aka public opinion & accountability played a key role in this rebuttal, starting the collapse of his house of cards. Whatever the case, it’s always nice to see justice served from a court of law, even if they had to resort to calling testimony from the grammar police.
Don’t forget the ego. I’m sure his honor views himself as “the preeminent legal scholar” on the subject of patent law.
