There also isn’t much consistency in how they name the trees. Some latin names, some common names. What’s a “palm tree?”

They do have a canopy ecosystem, like the tropical rainforest, but since they’re gymnosperms it’s a pretty barren environment.

So it keshitsubo a bonsai style or a tree genus? Google is being lame about an explanation, and the 2 things I clicked on, thinking I would at least get a definition, redirected me to endless popups.

Just need to express my disappointment that there was no ficus in that list.

It’s a size classification of bonsai:

“Poppy-seed size | 3–8 cm (1–3 in)”
