That’s just sad.
Annie Glenn was memorably portrayed, including her unwillingness to enter into the limelight, by Mary Jo Deschanel in Philip Kaufman’s wonderful The Right Stuff, with Ed Harris playing her upstanding husband John. Mary Jo’s husband Caleb was the cinematographer on that movie.
