What happened in Flint is not similar to what happened in Jackson. Flint was direct, criminal malpractice with all kinds of state funding to make it happen.

Yeah, it was terrorism. The FBI needs to start arresting the white supremacists who promote the idea of attacking substations and other critical infrastructure. These are test runs for greater mayhem and possible coup attempt. They’d be happy if they killed lots of people who live in heavily populated liberal dominated areas.

I work in power generation, and stealing copper for scrap value is definitely a thing. It doesn’t sound like that’s what happened here.
A colleague in the UK was called into a power station that was being decommissioned. Unfortunately, the thieves decided to hit the place the day before the power actually went off the high-voltage bus.

Among other things, the ceiling was damaged with bone fragments from a thief’s exploded arm.
