One joke in the boiler industry goes as such.

After jumping out of a plane and finding his parachute would not open, a man notices another man flying up as fast as he himself is falling down. Since he has no other options, he screams at the guy, Do you know anything about parachutes? As the man passes, he screams, No, Do you know anything about boilers?
