The Timothy Russell/Malissa Williams murders were extra extra fucked- the cop that caught the manslaughter charges JUMPED ON THE HOOD OF THEIR CAR AFTER THEY WERE ALREADY DEAD AND UNLOADED TWO FULL CLIPS THROUGH THE WINDSHIELD INTO THEIR LIFELESS BODIES.
All for the crime of being homeless, black and being in public.
