Time to once again break out the eyeliner and Dippity-Do…

The physical reissues will be distributed by the excellent Stones Throw record label. Even though they’re mostly hip hop focused, they will release anything their label head really digs.

Good times.

To me it always evokes the opening scene of The Hunger. Whatever happened to stylish horror films like that and Cat People?

Weeks, six weeks after they formed.

Since we’re sharing covers, here’s a super simple video I made years ago for friend’s Ska cover They usually use it to close out a show. The band is Mad Bomber Society out of Edmonton Alberta.

i’ve always loved “Bela,” but i really wish “Boys” got more love. i’ve always envisioned it being used in the Lost Boys movie in some alternate universe somewhere… how it never ended up being on the soundtrack in our own timeline, i’ll never understand.

Will this be the 12 hour version?

Didn’t mean to be a pedant, but within six years they didn’t even exist as a band anymore.

Can someone make a Bela Lugosi’s Dad version, please?

In fact, here’s all of them. Including Poison Idea, which had, somehow, completely passed me by at the time:
