Um, if you think oceanfront Manhattan Beach property is worthless, you haven’t seen Manhattan Beach. They have 100 years to sell it before climate change floods it.

Per the article the claimed value of this property is $75 million. Even if the true value the the descendants can sell it for ends up being only a small fraction of that, it certainly isn’t worthless.
