Nice. However, have they used a filter to make the bottom of the frame appear out of focus?
Looks as if the editor applied a blur vignette in post. Doesn’t look like a specialty lens.

This is some very pretty footage, don’t get me wrong.
My guess would be that the videographer had no idea, but he perfectly nailed both the “This is WEST VIRGINIA.” and “THIS. IS. IRELAND!!!” tropes with the misty green verdant hills and the music…
