It does have some superior medical facilities than those in Stevens Point. Otherwise, yeah, these days it wouldn’t be much more than a waypoint.

No one ever rides this carousel except for this event where Neil and a selected few, who won the Halloween costume contest, got a ride. It was a magical night as my partner was one of those to ride with Neil. I was lucky enough to document and talk with Neil for a few minutes and the next day I was able to give him a second edition of Etidorhpa for his All Hallow’s Read. www.allhallowsread.com/

I have one of these for Illinois by the same artist, with a green background. Got it in the 70s, iirc.
I’m not sure why or how they could have missed identifying the infamous Dreamtime Village…
