I work in building science and use infrared cameras a lot - and love this kind of thing…but the title of your post is kinda misleading. She may be a ballet dancer, but she’s not doing ballet in the video.
The way it shows the body heat is also used for helping diagnose issues in pets, since they can’t often tell us where it hurts:

Interestingly, her clearly dense musculature also seemed to be blocking her core heat rather than emitting much of it’s own.
