Huh. From the photo I was thinking it would be a pool float (nods to @Rusty_Blazenhoff and @sosumi) before I read the title. But then I had to remember that the seasons are a’changing.
Now that I know it’s a costume, I immediately thought of someone wearing it while trying to outrun the police, or escape a house fire.
And yes, both of those are things I consider when deciding on a costume. What? How do you party?
