Depending on where you live, that’s not nearly enough. The current minimum wage is an atrocity, and raising it to $15/hour should make it plain to most people how little they are valued by their User (the literlal definition of ‘employer’).
And if it had kept pace with productivity, it would be more like $21/hour:
