I don’t think FAA allowed the short-lived but real life Hooters Air to count the Hooters Girls on board as flight attendants. They were allowed to serve drinks and stuff, but I think there still needed to be a minimum number of professional attired flight attendants to fulfill all the safety requirements.

Why wouldn’t they? It is not because a woman is attractive that she is not competent.
Can’t pay attention to life saving instructions because boooooobs.
This is a serious line of thought that some people have. It’s assuming the absolute worst of the passengers.
I am tempted to say that this would be a perfect example of Darwin’s selection theory at work.
