Once again, I’d like to remind the internet the reason that one blobfish photo looks so ugly is that it’s a mangled corpse. If anyone cared to look into them, they’d find the actual fish aren’t so abnormal, especially not as fish go:

That’s a very good point. Most of the pics online are showing the dead, bloated carcass. That’s not a good look on most creatures.
