These aren’t watercolors. They are digital paintings. Wonderful nonetheless.

I read the introduction and the foreword, and I didn’t see them described as “watercolour” paintings anywhere; just “paintings”. As an amateur watercolourist, they don’t look like watercolours to me. So unless it’s made clear somewhere else, I’m inclined to agree. But still rather charming.
