Not always. I just read a story about a person with cognitive and development challenges who earned his eagle scout award at age 39.

OK, perhaps a little creepy… but overall heartwarming…

it’s probably just me, but any halloween with vendors on the streets is just too much for me. return halloween to its socialist roots!
