Replace serving pages with TCP/IP with a newer, more secure and robust protocol using licensing less likely to be exploited by corporate interests, develop new browsers. Let them keep their broken old shitweb. It’s not easy, but is probably both easier and more realistic than trying to fix the 21st century web as it has been.
