If it is the last warning, I hope that they actually told the person. The chances that they are both on twitter and checking the local PD’s feed are pretty damn low.

The “you know who you are” seems awfully optimistic about the number of people who follow their local police department on Facebook.
I’m assume people are leaving their homes exposed unless they have an underwear rule.
