This is an excellent use of law enforcement resources and your tax dollars.

Don’t you feel safer?

Golly, we can’t have a world in which a child might be exposed to the sight of a mother’s breast. It would be downright un-Christian!

Also: that mother-in-law biological mom/ex can burn.

I realize this making assumptions, but based on the name, this judge appears to be a woman? Is she never topless in her own home? Does she shower fully clothed? And is this actually what the law says? WTF people?

She’s mormon. It’s her job to take it upon herself in the subjugation of her sex, as Joe and Brigham demanded.

Utah is a garbage state run by a trash cult that treats humans like broodmares and punishes liberty

Utah itself isn’t trash, but it sometimes stinks.

Parents who really believe this should blindfold their babies during feeding times or use a bottle - for their protection. :baby_bottle:

Meanwhile …

Edit:

The MiL has no part here. It was the children’s biological mum who complained. It sounds like the kids live with their dad and his new - and practically minded - wife.

Mormons are why normal people don’t consider moving to Utah.

Female Breasts = Nudity = Sex = Bad
Female Breasts = Bad

This insain inability to distinguish between nudity and sex is what gets poor drunks peeing on a tree added to sex offender lists.

The black and white lack-of-nuance view of people in our society is one of the most infuriating aspects.
It’s the same way we get tax-funded = socialism = communism = atheism = satanism = Islam = evil.

In a quiet closet sitting on the boxes that contain all surviving mementos of the summer you dreamed of leaving, of course, isn’t that how everyone does it?

Really, @Brainspore, must you post child/incest porn? I believe I can see my personal lord and savior’s peepee. /s

Mom Tilli Buchanan was charged after she and her husband removed their shirts to avoid dirtying their clothes while they hung drywall in their garage in a Salt Lake City suburb a few years ago.

We’re living in an era where the very nature of truth is under attack. When you’re covering news, it’s more critical than ever to get the details right:

Buchanan told The Salt Lake Tribune in September that she had been installing insulation with her husband in their garage on the day of the incident. The couple had stripped off their clothes just inside their home to get the itchy materials off their skin.

According to Buchanan, she had been in the garage that day with her husband, wearing long-sleeved shirts and protective clothing. They were sweaty and itchy, so they stripped down to their underwear, leaving their dirty clothes near a doorway so they could take a shower.

Before, after. Drywall, insulation. What even is reality?

Next step: charge every suckling baby with sexual harassment.

The portion of the law that Buchanan is charged under…prohibits lewd behavior…, and also requires prosecutors to show that the defendant exposed themselves and knew their actions would either cause “affront or alarm” to the children or “with the intent to arouse or gratify the sexual desires” of either party. [emphasis mine]

They really made that case? From what I read, the lady didn’t intend to be seen by the kids at all, let alone aim to cause affront, alarm, or arousal.

Tits are tits. We all have them. Why is this still a thing in 2020? That’s it. End of comment.
