Sorry, I was being wise… I might’ve put a picture of Turkish or Arabic coffee, both of which (like Ethiopian) are also time-intensive. I would personally classify any of those as “real coffee”. Although Ethiopian coffee might be my preferred preparation, I’m not the one who knows how to prepare it, so on a given day I will settle for using the French press.
