I guess you could start with HRC:
“This man was a terrorist, not a Muslim”- Andy Burham, Mayor of Manchester, 5/24/2017
Here is the DOD report of the Fort Hood shooting- https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=1&ved=0ahUKEwisofOorpPUAhWH0YMKHbYUAVkQFggoMAA&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.defense.gov%2FPortals%2F1%2FDocuments%2Fpubs%2FDOD-ProtectingTheForce-Web_Security_HR_13Jan10.pdf&usg=AFQjCNGMuZ99zts0fmqFgbGqRk7rONX-Vg&sig2=LjyYOccI4j_PRuv3O3UpgA&cad=rja
The word “Islam” appears once, in the footnotes.
It is very hard to describe the motivations of the the attackers at Manchester, Berlin, Nice, Paris, and all the other places without some discussion of Islam. But people seem to want to try. That is the sort of thinking that leads the Aftonbladet to publish a statement that the solution to the Stockholm truck attack is to ban cars in the city center. The disaster in Rotherham went on for years, despite numerous complaints and reports, because of fear of “Islamophobia” accusations.
And it has to be possible to discuss terrorist motivations and ideology without spreading blame on populations of largely innocent people. We seem to have no problems calling out the Christian Fundamentalist crazies without implicating the Methodists or Episcopalians.
