I think the temperature is the least of the issues an HR coordinator will have to face at the Burning Man organization. In fact, it distracts from the actual labor issues the company needs to address.

Compared to my stint at the South Pole, the temperatures at Burning Man are positively benign. But the airborne particles suck.
