I lived not far from Lower Merion, so I followed that case. Here’s the money quote: “The secret photos included ‘a number of photographs of males without shirts…’”
But not one photo of a female student with her shirt off. And no full-on nudes, because those would open the school to child pornography charges. Therefore the photos do not exist, and never did, and they were also not downloaded for private amusement.
