The Martian ship in the TV version kinda looks more space-y than the one in the film version. But maybe that’s because it’s in black and white? Life is in colour, but black and white is more realistic.
Even as a confused kid I thought the movie was weird and trippy in the best of ways, it really is a shame it didn’t do better. The premise has a ton of potential, and while I don’t think I’d like a remake I would be keen to see a graphic novel expand on the movie.
