i like the concept of his channel, but it drives me nuts how he does the same nodding gesture looking down at the start of every video like he’s an automaton or something. just grates on my nerves somehow.
We also made Homer’s Patented Space Age Out of This World Moon Waffles. We used a reasonable amount of caramel, 1/4 stick of butter (but also extra butter), and just enough liquid smoke. No destruction of the waffle iron, and absolutely delicious.
Turned out much better than the Flaming Homer (yes, with children’s cough syrup)

Does nobody realize that Binging With Babish had been doing excellent cooking videos of this exact thing for many years?
