I don’t understand - how is that not illegal? Are you allowed to claim expertise in a medical field in which you have none? If so, how have they not been brought down by civil lawsuits?

Burzynski usually get around these sorts of things by claiming it’s “research” and that way he doesn’t have to follow the same rules as everyone else
